The role
We are seeking someone who is passionate about Service Management and Quality Assurance and wants to make a difference. The Quality Assurance Analyst role will continue to improve South East Water ITIL service management processes and frameworks and ensure South East Water Business Technology Services (BTS) remains compliant and delivers both quality and assurance to the business. The role is accountable for service management improvement (Quality) and governance, audit (Assurance) within the Business and Technology Service team (BTS).
Who are you?
To be successful in this role you will utilise your personal soft skills, ITSM experience, project management, governance and analytical skills to drive improvements in service delivery for South East Water and provide insights for BTS to help ensure assurance across all our products and products owners to improve their services.
