- Work with operational teams, project teams, suppliers and other stakeholders to deliver infrastructure changes and improvements that are stable, secure and supportable.
- Help maintain backup, recovery, patching, vulnerability management and operational support processes so that infrastructure services remain secure and fit for purpose.
You have
- Experience supporting infrastructure in a live environment where reliability, security and service availability are important.

- Experience delivering infrastructure changes, upgrades, deployments or lifecycle activity in a controlled environment.
- Experience with several of the following areas, or the ability to build knowledge in them quickly: Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, virtualisation, backup and recovery, patching, vulnerability management, Microsoft Server, Linux, SCCM or MECM, WSUS, PKI and anti malware platforms.
