- Coordinate and prioritise ECS requirements within EM, providing clear and transparent insight into commercial decisions, trades, portfolio performance and their impact on Business Unit and Group outcomes.
- Identify emerging opportunities and risks across areas such as customer flexibility, products, propositions, technologies and evolving market models, bringing together expertise from across EM and ECS to develop practical commercial solutions.
- Support short and long-term optimisation, hedging and strategic decision-making, constructively bringing different perspectives together and helping senior stakeholders reach well-informed recommendations that maximise sustainable value.
- Lead by example in creating an inclusive, safe and supportive working environment, embedding safety, health and wellbeing into decision-making, positively promoting safe behaviours and constructively speaking up where something doesn’t feel right.
