Salary: €62,200 - €93,300 (ROI) or £44,100 - £66,100 (NI) + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

What is the Role?
As our Digital Operations Manager, you will lead and drive the digital change across SSE Airtricity’s Operations and CX function. You’ll have responsibility for scoping, delivering, developing, agreeing, and owning components of the business unit’s digital roadmap including strategic outcomes and tactical initiatives. In this role you will:
- Deliver defined digital / self-serve products to the business, with input from the business unit leadership teams, by delivering an appropriate digital / data value theme
- Deliver and deploy a digital / self-serve delivery roadmap at pace
- Develop compelling business / investment cases for digital investment with realistic and evidenced-backed benefits and savings
- Champion change delivery and act as an intermediary between executives and functions in the rollout of defined digital initiatives and capabilities
- Identify, plan and advise where business resource is required to support digital change delivery and planning
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Demonstrable experience delivering meaningful digital or data change / transformation, at pace in an agile environment
- Detailed knowledge of customer-led digital capability, CX and customer journeys
- Strong customer service, project management and quality control skills, with an understanding of market analysis and business case development
- A background of communicating and influencing at all levels, with the ability to manage conflict and offer suitable resolutions
- Familiarity with digital strategy development and implementation
