About the Role
Base Location: Cardiff, Reading or Perth
Salary: £26,609 - £30,472 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available – this is a hybrid role working a minimum two days a week from the office at one of the advertised locations.
What is the Role?
As a Sales Support Advisor you will work with the Sales and Service teams to deliver quotations and contracts for our new and existing customers. As part of your role you will:
- Provide quotations for our new and existing customers.
- Work with the account managers to ensure that they have all the necessary information to provide to customers.
- Accurate inputting of customer details in readiness for contract acceptance, account setup and billing.
- Portfolio management including the delivery of exceptional service for our internal and external customers.
- Investigation work and query management.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Experience of working within a sales lead customer service environment.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft tools, including Excel.
- Strong teamwork with the ability to work independently.
- Understanding of the skills required for effective relationship management of internal and external customers.
