SSEN Transmission Capital Development & Delivery Team is currently recruiting for a Land Project Coordinator to join our Project Services Team. This will be a fast-paced role and the candidate will be expected to undertake key duties and deadlines to support the team deliver our vast portfolio of projects.
The Land Project Coordinator will support the Land Team by undertaking the following responsibilities:
- Managing and facilitating all land and wayleave related manual payment requests, adhering to financial procedures and tracking all payments.
- Managing the Statement of Works for project activities and support with the onboarding activities on behalf of the Senior Land Managers.
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, attending where required and recording minutes to a high quality ensuring project progress trackers are updated as well as electronic data storage facilities.
- Managing the end-to-end purchase order process, ensuring our suppliers and external stakeholders are paid on time.
- Providing the Land Team with administrative support in the production of land right documentation, including statutory notices and applications.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Excellent administration and organisational skills; this role is a busy one and will allow you an opportunity to learn about our business and interact with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Willingness to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritise workload effectively in demanding timescales.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and adhere to guidelines, procedures and deadlines.
- Experience managing project finances, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
