About the role

Base Location: Glasgow, Perth, Dundee, Inverness or Aberdeen

Salary: £39,415 - £45,136 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The key duties and responsibilities of the Operations Performance Analyst are:

- Collating, maintaining of weekly / monthly / quarterly business reports relating to both Finance and KPI's

- Works with the business to understand conflicting needs, demands on time and prioritises effectively.

- Support of financial and performance monitoring and reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

- Gain sufficient knowledge of the Operations business to aid any supporting requirements.

- Assisting the operations management team in reviewing and establishing policies, processes, and procedures.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Excellent analysis and knowledge transfer skills to a proven professional level.

- The ability to work under pressure on multiple projects and workstreams.

- A systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem solving.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties.

- A strong interest in business and business development.

- Good working knowledge of Financials and Budgeting.
