Key aspects of the role will be to monitor and report on key metrics/KPI's and provide updates on performance, as well as providing additional insight as required. You will manage first line enquiries/escalations from the MSP and business/HR stakeholders and will act as an escalation point for service issues and dispute resolution.

- You will be accountable for working in partnership with the MSP to mitigate supply chain risk, improve sustainability and ensure the quality/reliability of the supply chain. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills are a pre-requisite.

- You should have a sound understanding and direct experience of either delivering an MSP programme to an end client or working client side to manage an MSP and/or end-to-end contingent worker supply model.

- A track record of managing strategic/high value, complex contracts with multiple stakeholders across different sectors is key.

- You will be service delivery focused with a broad knowledge of the contingent worker supply market and experience in delivering end to end resourcing solutions to a complex customer base. You will have strong commercial awareness of cost/budget management and a clear appreciation of contractual and legislative risk.
