About the Role

Base Location: Perth

Salary: £35,142 - £40,246 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available.

We are looking for an organised individual to support the Connections Contract Manager (CCM) & the Connections delivery team in South Caledonia. You must be able to prioritise workload for yourself and the wider team and carry out general administrative tasks to support all parties.

  • Assisting the CCM through co-ordination and facilitation of NGESO (National Grid Electricity System Operator) applications, and customer processes including input within, but not limited to, TIA (Transmission Impact Assessments), Finance Quote Acceptance, Interactivity, and CCM data management.
  • Undertake recurring reviews with CCM to coordinate requirements and highlight any issues which arise in the region.
  • Distribution of daily acceptances for connections delivery & daily PROMIS scheduling requirements- liaising with customers and project managers bia text message reminders, phone calls and emails.
  • General PROMIS housekeeping – liaising with customers on projects outside their validity to seek agreement to terminate.
  • General Admin: Liaise with Power Systems Finance on applicable invoices, receipts, and refunds; raising purchase orders on iBuy; manual payment requests; assisting PMs with paperwork in relation to the completion of projects.

What do I need?

We would love you to:

  • Have an understanding of the National Grid Project Progression/ Statement of Works process.
  • Have working knowledge/ understanding of PROMIS.
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting
  • Be flexible and motivated in your approach, able to work well under pressure and deliver within allotted time frames.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude to ad-hoc queries and escalations.
