The role
We’re looking for a Business Support Co‑ordinator to provide reliable, proactive support across our teams within Network. You’ll help keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly by managing diaries and travel, coordinating meetings, and ensuring efficient information flow. From preparing meeting notes and presentation packs to supporting wider team activities, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a well‑organised, well‑supported working environment. If you enjoy variety and thrive in a busy setting, this role could be a great fit.
You will
- Manage diaries, schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Assist in preparing and formatting documents, reports, briefing papers, and presentations
- Track emails and actions, raise Purchase Orders in iBuy, and support timely processing
- Prepare agendas, coordinate meeting materials, and support follow‑up on actions
- Coordinate events, workshops, and team meetings, managing multiple tasks and tight timeframes
You have
- Experience in administration, coordination, or business support; PA experience helpful
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Confidence in diary management, travel planning, and meeting coordination
- Proficiency with Office 365 tools; experience using Copilot is an advantage
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
