About you:
Reporting to the General Manger Central Region, the primary responsibility for the Regional Property Coordinator is to provide regional management of property matters within the Central Region. This is inclusive of third-party construction works and access applications, compliance with licences/agreements between Sunwater and other parties, facilitating property disposals and handovers including recreational area facilities and risk management.
You will bring:
We are seeking an experienced property or legal related coordinator who will be responsible for managing through to completion the operations/business actions outlined in our Property Program of Works. You will attend to the Legal Program of Works to prepare instructions to legal on behalf of the Regional General Manager, Operations. You will review tenure and property licencing application, including assessment of applications, liaising with applicants and physical site inspections, where necessary. In addition:-
- You would have tertiary qualification in property or law (highly desirable)
- A property or legal related field and/or experience in managing application and approval processes within a utility type business
- Property and land tenure processes and compliance management principles
- Managing a broad range of property including housing, commercial buildings and rural tenure types
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders including government bodies
- Residential leasing and associated legislation and regulations
- Property acquisition, divestment and leasing
- Current drivers licence
