This is a 6 month fixed term opportunity based at our Operations Centre in Scoresby. The primary responsibilities of the Salary Packaging Customer Support Representative include:
- Assist in making regular benefit payments when due by EFT/BPAY or cheque
- Complete pay file processing
- Attend to both Employer & Employee customer enquiries
- Follow up exceptions and discuss with Employer payroll contacts
- Performing reconciliations of non-car benefits where necessary
- Fixing of errors where required via credit or debit notes, re-importing of deduction lists etc.
- Ensure all customer reimbursements and direct payments are processed
- Handle customer complaints
- Assist with preparation of GST/FBT/LVA reports
- Support the Call Centre as required
- Maintain Fuel Card Management accurately
- Complete Grandfathered Lease payments to third party financiers within SLA
- Completion of various admin tasks and reconciliations specific to Salary Packaging
- Provide support to sales consultants when required
