What you'll contribute to
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Franchise Planning Coordinator to join Lexus Australia in a permanent role.
The Senior Franchise Planning Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating brand roll out initiatives in the Dealer network which ensure the preservation of corporate identity in order to support the delivery of corporate sales volumes, service standards, Dealership profitability, customer and business targets for TMCA over the short, medium and long term.
This role is based in Port Melbourne with flexible work arrangements on offer.
How you'll make an impact
- Implement and review agreed corporate identity and Dealer systems, processes, and procedures to achieve Franchise Development objectives.
- Facilitate the development of brand implementation strategies in the Dealer network through the coordination of project work associated with capacity planning, Dealer facility excellence, and Dealer facilities development aligned to Lexus brand standards.
- Implement Lexus Dealer Network strategies consistent with set policies to optimise franchise development, planning, and growth in market representation and overall TMCA objectives.
- Contribute to strong stakeholder relationships and provide ongoing support to build strategic partnerships, and improve business processes to minimise risk, and support franchise development and expansion.
- Update and maintain reporting systems to provide the business with accurate and timely information to support dealer planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Monitor and analyse performance against targets for Franchise Development and recommend countermeasures where required.
- Contribute to the development and rollout of Lexus' repurchase strategy aligned to Lexus Division direction to ensure successful rollout, communication, and adoption.
- Monitor own tasks with respect to compliance with all relevant regulations and statutory requirements in order to minimise Toyota's risk exposure and liabilities.

- Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Law or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' accumulative experience
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in design & brand management.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry, Dealership Network, and an avid interest in the Lexus brand.
- Ability to work independently and in a cross functional team.
- Excellent communication skills & the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders to influence and implement change.
