Hello, we're UW
We’re a bunch of great people working together, solving problems and having fun. Together, we strive to find solutions to help the great people around us get on with the things that really matter in life.
How? It’s simple, we take the headache out of essential home services by providing them all in one place – energy, broadband, mobile, and even insurance. That’s one provider, one account, one bill, and lots of savings.
We’re a truly unique FTSE 250 company with a business model that has a real social impact at the heart of it. Being a part of the UW community, you’ll join a working environment like no other - one where everyone matters - be it our customers, our partners or you, our people.
About the role
Our business model is founded on word of mouth recommendations - so it's crucial that our customers are happy with us and engaged with our brand. We pride ourselves on high customer loyalty, satisfaction and retention and are looking for a marketing leader who can continue to build on that, working with their team to deliver an engaging and personalised customer marketing experience.
This is a new role, reporting to our Customer Director, leading an existing customer marketing team. We’re looking for an experienced marketing leader to drive our customer marketing strategy to make sure our customer base is getting the maximum value out of being our customer.
We don’t believe in ivory tower leadership - our leaders are hands-on and rolls up their sleeves to mentor and support. It’s important to us that we keep processes light and teams autonomous. We like to experiment, don’t appreciate big egos, and encourage collaboration and debate.
