Working in the UW legal team is a fast-paced, exciting and very varied role - no two days are the same! Our team works as a support function helping the business navigate risks as well as advising on a whole host of strategic projects and commercial contracts. I also work as a legal advisor to the UW Foundation, which involves getting involved in all things charity and giving back. I will be heading on maternity leave in November to welcome my first baby! I am incredibly excited about taking on my brand new role while knowing that my team have everything covered while I take some much-needed time with my baby. With the rapid level of growth and change I have seen within UW over the last 12 months, I am excited to see what the future has in store for when I return to work. In my four years at UW, I have witnessed a really exciting period of growth for the company, which has brought about some big projects for legal to get involved with.
