We put people first. It’s all about you...

Having previous experience in a customer-service role, particularly in retail or a call centre, is highly beneficial. This background equips you with a customer-centric approach, ensuring you go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Additionally, the ability to use and quickly learn new technology and systems, such as Gmail, is crucial. Rest assured, we will provide the necessary equipment and training on all our in-house systems.

Being a strong team player is also essential in this role. You'll need to support other members of the Partner support team to help manage call queues efficiently. This collaborative effort ensures that Partner inquiries are handled promptly and effectively, contributing to an overall positive Partner experience.

This is a hybrid role working from our Colindale, London hubs 2 days per week (With Tuesday being a set office day).

We work together. Your team and the people you will work with…

Our Partners are the heartbeat of our business. There are currently over 60,000 people - nurses, teachers, students, retirees - signed up as a UW Partner, who earn an extra income by introducing others to UW and helping them to sign up as customers.

We are looking for someone who loves delivering customer service excellence with a personal touch to provide support to our Partners. You will be a partner's first contact when discussing commission, training and incentives so it is essential you have excellent communication skills as well as a willingness to problem solve and be flexible.

We deliver progress. What you’ll do and how you will make an impact.

In this role, you'll handle calls with the goal of achieving one-call resolution and respond to emails within agreed service levels. A key aspect is understanding and delivering information regarding commissions, promotions, incentives, and training to Partners.

Additionally, attending company events such as Power Up, Amplify, and Kick-off is an essential part of the job. These events provide valuable opportunities for professional development and staying updated with company initiatives and strategies.

So why pick UW?

We’ve got big ambitions so there’s going to be plenty of challenges. There are also a lot of benefits:

  • An industry benchmarked salary. We’ll share it during your first conversation.

  • Share Options and a Save as You Earn scheme.

  • Hybrid working, with 2 days in the office. (We’re definitely open to discussing flexible working arrangements)
