Hours : Monday to Friday 8.00 to 16.00 (35hrs) per week
Salary: £28,197.00 Per annum

Job purpose
The administrator (note) will provide administrative support to the site in the achievement of centre objectives. They will ensure that all reconciliation and NCS Duties are completed accurately to meet deadlines. Be responsible for customer escalations and queries within SLAs.
Main responsibilities
- Investigate queries and provide responses to internal and external customers
- Escalate customer differences accordingly and maintain QMS standards.
- Follow company and Bank of England policies and procedures.
- Accurately balance accounts and perform reconciliation duties
- Manage internal transfers, orders and CHAPS payments as needed.
- Assist site manager with queries and accounts differences
- Support investigations into discrepancies and complete related paperwork.
- Process data from the Vault, manage spreadsheets (NIPS/NES) and liaise with treasury.
- Ensure all NCS mandates training and staff rotation schedule is maintained
- Maintain effective admin and process management, including post-stocktake tasks.
- Other General Daily duties as delegated by the site management team, to include:
- Coordinate records to ensure audit compliance
- Ensure that all records and boxes are despatched to Iron Mountain correctly
Knowledge, skills and experience required
- Good time management skills & organisational skills.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to plan and organise workload.
- Computer literacy, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as unsupervised.
- Competent in reconciliations and NCS process.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Accuracy and attention to detail
