Who are Vaultex?

Vaultex is the UK’s leading cash management company. Our mission is to deliver best-in-class integrated cash services for our customers.

It’s our job to make sure that cash is widely available for use – and that people have confidence in cash as a payment method.

Retailers and other businesses rely on us to count their cash with the highest level of accuracy and settle their customer accounts as swiftly as possible. We store cash in highly secure environments before returning it to circulation.

Working to standards set by the Bank of England and the Note Circulation Scheme, we deliver leading cash management services for our customers.

We continue to expand our product portfolio to create value for our customers, delivering new services from coin extraction to an end-to-end managed service.

We have recently launched our Diversity Strategy which focuses on the 4 S approach below - 

Speaking up about discrimination and providing a platform for all employee voices to remove stigmas. We have introduced employee forums/networks where voluntary groups will be brought together by employees to address challenges and seeks opportunities. Vaultex will continue to vocalise their support to employees through statements internally and externally.  

Sharing and educating our employees through education and support. Understanding is key to creating an inclusive environment for all. We are regularly reviewing diversity training and encouraging our employees to share real life stories to increase understanding across the business. 

Standing for what is right and our policies ensure we support a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination of any kind and will be considered in every change we make in the business.
