Speaking up about discrimination and providing a platform for all employee voices to remove stigmas. We have introduced employee forums/networks where voluntary groups will be brought together by employees to address challenges and seeks opportunities. Vaultex will continue to vocalise their support to employees through statements internally and externally.
Sharing and educating our employees through education and support. Understanding is key to creating an inclusive environment for all. We are regularly reviewing diversity training and encouraging our employees to share real life stories to increase understanding across the business.
