Commercial Finance Analyst - Whitbread - 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Here at Whitbread, we are currently seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our Finance team as a Commercial Finance Analyst. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the Senior Customer Finance Manager and contribute to stakeholder management, deliverables, and projects in the areas of Ancillary Revenue and Brand Marketing for Premier Inn and Restaurants.

Location: Based in Dunstable with hybrid working.

Job Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract

What you’ll do:

• Region and site level monthly performance and month end reporting for Commercial P&L
• Insight on underlying drivers of site level performance
• Business Partnering with Brand Marketing, Ancillaries and Product Propositions teams
• Support with the financial modelling and control over key proposition initiatives and investments
• Weekly tracking of planned costs for Ancillary income, Brand Marketing and Overheads vs target.

What we need:

• Experience in a similar analytical role and working with spreadsheet financial models and templates
• Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience of working at this level in a specialist area
