We anticipate the migration of Business Booker and Business Account to be one of the biggest upcoming developments to our B2B proposition, this is a specialist role which will aim to bridge the gap between Premier Inn and Worldline from a direct customer service position.
As a Customer Excellence Executive, you will be responsible for working alongside the Customer Excellence SME, enhancing the customer journey at every step with a particular onus on our Business Booker tool; working with digital to ensure it remains relevant, efficient, customer friendly and continues outperform our competitors.

What you’ll do:
- 121 migration calls with customers; BA to BB and new Business Customers.
- Influence the inputs and outputs of what data and insights we track.
- Be the go to specialist for Sales Managers to support the migration of existing accounts.
- Hosting of Live events/Webinars.
What you’ll need:
- Customer service in a B2B environment.
- Proven experience translating data into presentations to senior level stakeholders.
- Understand how to deal effectively which challenging or ambiguous situations, or challenging customers
