The Role:
- Brings the customer plan to life by activating our brands, ranges and key launches through the creation of merchandising plans and operational solutions that support our team to deliver a consistent and engaging connected customer experience.
- This role champions team advocacy and cultivates visual merchandising capability in our store teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- In partnership with the Merchandising Specialist - Digital Content Activation, lead the visual merchandising approach for Apparel, Home and selected GM categories in alignment with our strategic priorities (4 big rocks).
- Translate the customer plan activity for each quarter into prioritised merchandising plans, principles and frameworks to support our store teams to bring the experience to life for customers. Drive connection across all channels (in store and digital) to enhance the connected customer experience.
- Work in partnership with the stores leadership team to build and cultivate a visual merchandising ambassador network in stores to champion best practice standards and coach skills within teams.
- Guide and facilitate disciplined ways of working to ensure timelines are met, stakeholders are engaged appropriately and processes are efficient and cost effective
Specialise in the following execution areas:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of store process, layouts and equipment to develop practical and inspiring merchandising solutions for stores
- Develop, maintain and communicate fixture presentation and pricing standards
- Developing merchandising techniques and ideas to support stock flow throughout the season
- Partner end to end to support new and emerging workstreams (eg. new format stores, space/range trials) to develop merchandising solutions
About You:
- 3-5 years store experience in apparel or home merchandising.
- Visual Merchandising qualification desirable but not essential

- Customer Focused and have a customer first mindset, using the customer as the focal point for all decisions.
