Human Resources (HR) provides support on all people-related issues for Network Rail. We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Talent Redeployment team and support Network Rail in retaining and empowering our talented workforce. This position will be for the duration of 6 months.
Brief Description
Who and what do the Talent redeployment team do?
The Talent Redeployment team provide an enabling support service to role clarity band 1-8 employees who are going through business changes and to mitigate redundancies were possible. Providing motivational workshops, to empower our employees and prepare them for the next career opportunity.
What will you be doing?
The skills and knowledge of our employees are an asset to Network Rail and contribute towards our successes. As a Redeployment Co-ordinator you will be supporting the employee and unlocking their potential through delivering and producing workshops and providing individual consultative support to boost employability. The role will include efficient administration support, periodic reports, inbox administration and producing communication updates to our customers
About the role (External)
In this role you will
Partner with resourcing and internal clients to identify business requirements and provide solutions
Manage the redeployment process in a fair and consistent manner, adhering to policy, procedures and key performance indicators.
Candidate management of redeployees, developing an understanding of their key skills and experience to recommend them for suitable vacancies.
Data management of redeployment register and accurate cleansing of system information.
Deliver and produce workshop materials.
Support the redeployment manager in producing weekly and monthly communication updates to our customers and stakeholders e.g. newsletters.
Develop and sustain effective working relationships with internal customers.
Essential
Experience of working as part of a team in a fast pace customer-focused environment to meet challenging deadlines in a volume-oriented resourcing/recruiting environment.
Good MS Office skills, previous experience in managing databases, producing reports and demonstrates efficient administrative skills.
Confident presenter with excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate, influence and coach all levels of the organisation.
Understands how to work with the business to identify, develop and implement appropriate resourcing solutions.
Passionate about customer service.
Experience of candidate management.
Intermediate stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
Experience using candidate management systems such as Oracle iRecruitment.
