We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as Family Office Services Prime Specialist working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

Role Purpose

The Family Office Services team provides Prime Finance Services via Markets & Securities Services to UHNWI and Family offices. These services include:

• Driving the product management and development of the Prime proposition across multiple booking centers securities
• Raising awareness of the service proposition across the RM, IC and Product Specialist population
• Driving pitches made to clients and prospects
• Oversee the MI that will exist between MSS & GPB, including financial performance and total AUM per client

These services are provided through a partnership with MSS Markeys & Securities Services and are articulated around a dual onboarding arrangement, aligned to the UHNW coverage model.

In this role, you will:

• Support he Global Head of Family Office Services USG, in all aspects of their day-to-day activities to drive revenue, Net New Money (NNM), and profitability from Family Offices and UHNWIs who are seeking Prime Services solutions
• SAsist the Global Head of Family Offuce Services USG, in driving the product management and development of the Prime proposition across multiple booking centers including Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong and the US.
• Assist the Global Head of Family Office Services USG, in raising awareness of the service proposition across the RM, IC and Product Specialist population.
• Assist the Global Head of Family Office Services USG, in driving pitches made to clients and prospects. The role will often be a client-facing one
• Assist the Global Head of Family Office Services USG, in management of the relationship with HSBC Markets & Securities Services (MSS)
• Control and monitor the MI and Finacial activities between GPB & MSS, including the quarterly transfer of revenue (as stated in the Prime TOM)
• Control and monitor the activities to remain compliant on an ongoing basis whilst keeping in mind all the risk factors related to the Role Purpose.
