- Be the point of contact for requirements engineering, process mapping and options analysis.
- Have demonstrable experience of conducting feasibility studies.
- Discuss and understand current and future requirements with the business and feedback into Digital strategy and planning.
- Champion business change and implementation.
- Actively support the business analysts providing guidance and coaching and advance the business analyst community through the sharing of best practice.
- Promote innovation and cultural change.
- Analyse reports, recognising trends and providing resolutions to issues.
As the Digital Business Analyst you will:
- Use identify and collate data sources to analyse and generate insight and recommendations.
- Use your customer service skills to manage stakeholder and partner relationships.
- Know how to source requirements.
- Advance the business analyst community through the sharing of best practice.
- Be confident leading small to medium sized tasks or supporting larger and more complex tasks.
- Identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods to use, including measuring and evaluating outcomes.
- Understand current and future requirements of the IT strategy.
- Support business change and implementation.
