Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) is our premium ISD Sales, pursuit and delivery organization that delivers leading-edge Digital Transformation projects for our most strategic customers.
Within ISD Sales & Pursuit Enablement, we use business capability insights to coach and enable our key Sales & Pursuit leaders on topics that can be improved through personal behaviour change, increased awareness of business execution best practices and the optimization of tools and processes. We also support our key stakeholders during their onboarding process and ensure they become part of a strong community of their peers across the world.

Responsibilities
- Develop a best practice approach to consistent onboarding for specific roles within our ISD Sales and Pursuit teams. This will be achieved through a combination of leveraging corporate readiness and onboarding materials, augmented support and coaching via Hiring Managers/Area Enablement Leads and regular check-ins and feedback mechanisms.
- Run regular onboarding introductions and onboarding cohorts where appropriate to promote teaming and community support for new hires as required.
- Develop a consistent framework to host multiple role-based communities across ISD Sales and Pursuit teams with clear objectives and purpose in mind that drives increased knowledge, connections, inspiration and support to help each community be more impactful in their roles, teams and communities.
- Create and plan the logistics, scheduling, agendas required and work with Community SME’s and Guest Speakers to deliver high quality, compelling sessions that drive regular high attendance for the targeted community.
- Ensure Teams, SharePoint and other communication vehicles are regularly updated and current and leverage the technology to gather “top of mind” topics and areas of interest to help shape future calls or areas of discussion.
- Become the Master Artifact Librarian to ensure our materials and content is kept up-to-date and work with the artifact owners and authors on content changes required. Introduce a structured approach to draft, reviews, approvals and archiving as part of the library management.
- Regularly monitor and drive activity and engagement through virtual channels, chats and community conversations.
- Be an observer and feedback loop to Role Owners, Hiring Managers, Learning and Development, HR and Talent Acquisition teams on skills strengths and weakness to improve readiness, onboarding processes or hiring practices and profiles for future hiring.
- Location/Travel: You can expect limited global travel, 0 – 25%, contingent upon Covid-19 restrictions. This is a global role and will require a flexible approach to working hours to collaborate effectively across different country time zones.
Qualifications
- Strong program/project management and organizational skills to handle multiple inputs and stakeholders and the complexity of summarizing high volumes of content into succinct and impactful communications.
- Excellent visualization and technical skills around PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook and use of Teams and other collaboration tools required to land multiple formats as part of the onboarding and community channels.
- Strong creative and communication skills, writing, editing and review
- An eye for detail and an enthusiasm and curiosity to understand the topics involved to improve impact and adoption by the targeted roles and communities we serve.
- Experience in Adoption and Change Management best practices and methodologies
- The ideal candidate will be able to work in a Matrix environment and will not care about reporting structures.
- A proven track record in roles working as an influencer within a large matrix organization across different cultural and geographic environments including collaborating within a worldwide team across time zones.
- Prior experience in ISD Sales or Pursuit roles to understand and prioritize the skills most important to develop quickly during the onboarding process, would be advantageous.
- Consulting and listening skills to deliver actionable workstreams and strong project management based on data-driven insights and subjective observations and feedback.
- Proven history of successful sales enablement, planning, and execution, demonstrating measurable results
