As part of the Content Team reporting to Chief Experience Officer, the Lead UX Writer will lead and manage the content writers across UX, marketing and content marketing, ensuring that our content is clear, consistent and contextually relevant.
We’re looking for a clear communicator and impeccable organiser. You’ll be obsessed with the value of content in Design, leading the team to grow their presence and their careers. As part of Customer Experience, you’ll identify opportunities for the team to add value beyond wireframes across the business, as well as setting and maintaining standards across our ecosystem.
You will need hands-on experience of managing content designers in an ever-changing, multi-team environment that works across territories. And as a player-manager, you’ll be happy to write, partnering with Product to create banking experiences that make more of every day.

What you’ll do:
- Shape the Chase content standards across the entire ecosystem
- Lead by example with exceptional content design in your product area
- Create and maintain deep stakeholder relationships with our partners around the business
- Manage and develop the Chase Content team and grow their skills and abilities
- Collaborate with the CX, content ops, product, design and marketing teams to triage incoming work
Your background:
- Relevant experience in UX writing in a banking or financial industry
- Demonstrable experience of Content Design beyond wireframes, and delivering value as a Content Designer beyond words
- Experience working with Marketing teams
- Experience leading teams, defining standards and growing team members
- Experience of working in Agile teams
