How can you change it up?
You’ll play a key role within the within the MDU Project Management team, coordinating and liaising with internal and external suppliers with focus on the delivery of CityFibre business connections against targets set out in the Project Delivery Plan.
You’ll also be:
- Ensuring and monitoring effective MDU site operations and the coordination of works compliant to NRSWA and health and safety requirements
- Ensuring all work on site is carried out to adequate standards as stated in contractual specification through site audits
- Maintaining productivity objectives
- Updating daily and weekly reports, reviewing them against the project delivery milestones and highlighting any risks to the Project Manager
- Ensuring all post installation/as-built and customer documents are completed and checked
- Consulting with the Highways Department, Local Authorities and other utilities companies to coordinate works where required
- Ensuring all site-specific method statements and risk assessments are in place
- Carrying out public liaison duties as required
What will you bring to the role?
Alongside previous supervisory experience in either telecoms or utilities, you’ll have strong planning/organisation, problem solving and communication skills.
A valid NRSWA Supervisor certification and Streetworks and Highways experience are a must!
Any OSP Telecoms Network Build, Fibre Optics Splicing, OTDR testing and blown/traditional cable installation experience would be beneficial but is not an essential requirement.
