Associate Product Director - Candy Content
The Candy Crush content team is looking for an Associate Product Director to deliver sustained value to our players, product and business.
As an Associate Product Director you will have end-to-end responsibility for a subset of the product strategy for Candy Crush Content area, reporting to the Area Lead for Content. You’ll ensure that your sub-area’s work is aligned with the game’s overall strategy and long-term vision, and you’ll collaborate with other product areas to ensure a cohesive overall product.
The Associate Product Director will help to create and sustain a collaborative environment within and between teams in Candy, and with partner teams across King.
Role and responsibilities
Shared responsibility for the performance of the Content area and metrics related to it
Lead a cross-functional team with the necessary competencies and processes to own the end-to-end delivery of a subset of the Content area strategy
Enable high-impact, purpose-driven results for the product, the players, the team, and the business
Develop best practices and ways of working to balance timely deliveries with a long term investments
Develop, set and drive the content strategy together with Content Area Lead
Support the coordination of the strategy and roadmap with other areas and key stakeholders
Lead the investment and resource allocation for the product area
Enable a working environment that contributes to team members’ growth
Manage other product managers
Build and grow your team to deliver on the strategy
Skills
Strong product and business performance knowledge
Able to lead multiple cross-functional teams and be a “leader of leads”
Able to take ownership of both business impact and team engagement
Understanding of production processes and ability to drive delivery
Able to establish impactful processes and ways of working for a highly functional org
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
