How can you change it up?
As CityFibre’s Openreach Administrator, you’ll be responsible for organising and submitting key information for your selected locations. As part of an established team, you’ll get to work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure they deliver an excellent level of service and a timely response to queries. As well as playing a pivotal role in our plans to deploy fibre directly into 8 million homes and businesses, you’ll make sure your area’s KPIs are met and will act as a contact point, explicitly dealing with an external portal related to OpenReach (PIA).
You should be forward-thinking, ambitious and ready for a long-term future, making your mark on the UK’s digital infrastructure. #ChangeItUp at CityFibre – let’s revolutionise the telecoms industry together.
What will you bring to the role?

- High performance in a fast-paced environment to ensure KPIs for given locations are met.
- Effective processes to ensure work is compliant with CityFibre and OpenReach specifications.
- Attention to detail, ensuring data is correctly captured the first time and working with internal teams to ensure this.
- People skills to help work closely with stakeholders to ensure that quality information is shared and that any peaks/troughs in demand are understood and provide regular updates on the progress of applications through the OpenReach System.
- Support multiple locations and become a subject matter expert in your area and field.
- Strong IT skills with previous experience using different external systems/portals, a good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and an understanding of utilising Excel spreadsheets to track information.
