Terms and conditions of entry
- The Promoter
The promoter is WORK180 PTY LTD, ABN 44 604 198 478, of Level 8, 805/220 Collins St. Melbourne 3000 (the Promoter).
- Promotional period
Entries open at 9 AM AEST, 10 July 2026 and close at 5PM AEST, 7 August (the Promotional Period). Entries received after the close time are not eligible.
- Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 16 years or over at the time of entry.
Entrants under 18 years of age must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to enter and to provide their personal information. By entering, an entrant under 18 confirms they have that permission.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and of any agency or company associated with this promotion, are not eligible to enter.
- How to enter
To enter, complete this survey during the Promotional Period and provide your first name, last name and email address.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Limit of one (1) entry per person. If more than one entry is received from the same person, including multiple entries using the same email address, only the first valid entry will be counted and any further entries will be disqualified.Entries that are incomplete, illegible or fraudulent will be deemed invalid.
This is a game of chance. The winner is determined by random draw and no skill is involved.
- The prize
There is one (1) prize: a $500 AUD Prezzee digital gift card. The total prize pool value is AUD $500.
The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. The gift card is subject to the issuer’s own terms and conditions, including any expiry date.
If the specified prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable laws.
- The draw
The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries at Suffolk Park, NSW on 10 August 2026 at 4 PM AEST.
- Winner notification
The winner will be notified by email at the address provided within 2 business days of the draw.
- Unclaimed prize and redraw
If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim the prize, within 7 days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable laws) to conduct a redraw on 17 August 2026. The same notification process will apply to any redraw winner.
- Winner’s details
The winner’s name will not be published. The Promoter will contact the winner privately by email and may request reasonable proof of identity and eligibility before awarding the prize
- Privacy
The Promoter collects the personal information you provide (your name and email address) in order to conduct this promotion, including running the draw and contacting the winner.
Your information is handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at https://work180.com/en-au/policies/privacy-policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.
The name and email you provide for this draw will only be used to administer this promotion and will be deleted once the promotion has concluded, unless you have separately opted in to hear from the Promoter.
- Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from this promotion or the prize, including any lost, late, misdirected or incomplete entries or any technical failure.
Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
- General
The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right, subject to any applicable laws, to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these terms.
This promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
