Job Description

We are looking for an Accounting Admin (contract - 6 months) to work with our US Sales Tax Manager in a credit and rebill exercise. This person will be responsible for acknowledging and professional replying to customer emails, which are received in a dedicated email box.

The role includes:

• Replying professionally and timely to customer questions/needs
• Under the direction of the Sales Tax Manager, instruct accounting outsourcers, where required, to credit original invoices and rebill the original invoices to the customer
• Communicate with both internal and external parties

Qualifications

Qualifications:

You have experience working in a customer facing role with a strong attention to detail and the ability to be thorough and methodical. You have experience working within Excel, Word, and Outlook. You have strong typing skills and are comfortable using a computer and navigating different programs/systems. You possess a high level of professionalism and work in a timely manner.
