APIS Return to Work Program 2021
Apis and Accenture’s Return to Work Program is a paid return to work program for experienced professionals who are currently on a career break of two years or more and now looking to return to the workforce in either a fulltime or flexible work schedule.
This is a great opportunity for you to refresh and/or build your skills in management consulting, business analysis, project management or change management in the supportive environment with , who are part of Accenture and helping government deliver more efficient and effective services for our citizens and communities. Together we offer government a stronger end to end service delivery partner. We do this through industry leading advisory and program reform / design capability, backed by end to end delivery capability in strategy and consulting, interactive, technology, and operations.
The program is run over 8 weeks and is designed to encourage and welcome professionals back to the workforce by providing you with learning, support and flexible work options.
To be considered, you must currently be on a career break for greater than two years, possess 5+ years previous work experience in the following government and/or private sector areas:
- Policy, HR, IT or related business function
- Business management
- Service delivery
- Business analysis, design or process improvement
- Project, program or change management
- Team leadership
Applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain baseline security clearance.
