About the role:
Seeking ServiceNow Architect and Delivery Lead with 8+ years of ServiceNow experience and understanding of platform architecture for Telecommunications solutions.
Key Responsibilities would include but not limited to, supporting large and complex pre-sales / RFP processes involving multiple technologies, as well as managing technology delivery and platform operations:
- Manage/ Coordinate involved technology teams in on- and offshore locations across all aspects of technology delivery relevant to the opportunity
- Develop technical solution designs and work with assigned technical architects and cost architects to create corresponding cost estimates, and present and discuss solutions with client and internal executives.
- Assess the business impact/return on investment for the more complex components of the technology solution.
- Facilitate client workshops, document business requirements, and develop them into a proposed solution design staff.
- Mentor and assist with internal staff to develop and improve skills. Act as customers’ key contact on the proposed technology solution.
- Work closely with other technology teams such as Insights and Intelligence, Automation and Technology Consulting to create a holistic technology approach and cost estimate that captures all details, dependencies, and assumptions of the technology landscape. Transitioning the solution to the mobilization team for implementation upon contract signature.
- Establishing oneself as a leader in cross-technology issues and risk mitigation and ensure solid governance is established on customer engagements while growing and maintain knowledge of ServiceNow technologies and relevant competitive information within the Service Management, IT Operations, Customer Service Management, HR, and Security Operations space.
- Manage the end to end technology delivery from Solutioning, to Design, Build, Test, User Acceptance and Deployment to Production.
- Design and manage data migrations of legacy data into ServiceNow.
About you:
- Global level expert within ServiceNow CMDB, and ServiceNow Telco TSM offering.
- ServiceNow senior architect with understanding of platform architecture.
- You will have deep ServiceNow knowledge with ServiceNow certification to compliment your understanding and be able to do Executive presentations.
- Knowledge of Telco OSS processes such as Service Activations and Service Assurance
- Current or similar experience in Technical Consulting and translating technical solution requirements to business requirements and customer outcomes.
- Proven track record in managing complex programs with total team sizes of over 100.
- An excellent communicator (both written and oral communication skills) you can demonstrate the ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Strong time management skills and good experience with DevOps and Agile Engineering practices.
Qualifications
- ServiceNow certification is mandatory.
- 8+ years of ServiceNow experience.
