Job Summary
Evaluates the Field Incentive Program for compliance with Aflac and legal requirements. Receives and processes requests in a timely manner for the Field Incentive Program for assigned areas. Ensures all Aflac policies and procedures are followed for incentive program transactions processed.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Reviews Field Incentive Program flyers for accuracy, clarity and requirements; asks questions, as needed; may make recommendations for flyer changes based on compliance requirements
- Routes contest requests for proper approval levels (Sales Operations, Legal, Sales Leadership, etc.); composes and/or generates communication to advise requester of information or confirm action taken; reviews documentation and enters data for accuracy and completeness while maintaining established service/productivity levels and meeting service quality
- Evaluates Field Incentive Program for compliance with Aflac and legal requirements and provides approval, including authorization number, for implementation
- Monitors Field Incentive Programs for due dates (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.)
- Produces reports in appropriate systems and reviews reports to determine qualified associates for Field Incentive Program contest based on established criteria and available metrics; performs assessment of final eligibility based on established requirements
- Sends list of qualifiers to management for payment approval
- Documents Field Incentive Program details within the Aflac Trust database; gathers and organizes incentive information for management; completes documents and responds to inquiries, following standard procedures; identifies and suggests solutions to administrative problems; coordinates support from other departments and/or divisions to resolve problems or complete assignments
- Acts as a department’s contact, answering routine questions daily about the incentive program; acts as a liaison for the department between the requester and WWHQ, maintaining effective working relationships to ensure that concerns are promptly and completely resolved within established state guidelines
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Education & Experience Required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Associates Degree Related discipline
- Three years of job related work experience
Education & Experience Preferred
- Knowledge of the insurance industry with specific focus on Aflac operations, systems, and business procedures
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
