Global Services Group is the global servicing organisation within American Express whose objective is to support the growth of the company through the delivery of superior service for our Consumer, Small Business, Corporate and Merchant customers around the world. The Customer Fulfilment Network (CFN) is the organisation within GSG responsible for delivering Superior Service to Customers globally for all back-office processes.
American Express is looking for a colleague to join their world-class high performing Netherlands BTA Allocations Team in CFN (Dutch language is preferred, but not essential).
The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing our internal customers by case input or e-mail. Always making sure to deliver the highest standard of case quality, customer service and relationship care as it is crucial in every case and interaction, whether it is with an internal or external customer.
We are seeking someone who can always communicate effectively to all parties involved whilst driving increased customer satisfaction by assuring the highest standard of service and relationship care.
The Candidate will have the excellent opportunity to be multi-skilled, and tasks may vary daily dependent on the resource and volumes of work on each function.
The candidate will also be expected to support other areas in CFN such as Corporate Maintenance, Consumer, Merchant and KYC on an ad-hoc basis.
Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8 am - 4 pm, 35 Hrs per week
