This is an outstanding opportunity to lead and drive transformative initiatives across our global finance operations. • Establish clear accountability and ownership for each initiative, ensuring no gaps in execution.
  • Translate strategic priorities into a coordinated, actionable execution plan.
  • Drive disciplined delivery across functions, regions, and shared services.
  • Govern the enterprise Finance Operations roadmap, balancing business impact, risk, and capacity.
  • Evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on outcomes, dependencies, and value realization.
  • Identify and resolve interdependencies across towers and regions, preventing execution delays.
  • Establish governance protocols, rhythm, and reporting for Finance Operations programs.
  • Ensure initiatives are fully accomplished through benefit realization, not just delivery landmarks.
  • Identify execution, control, and delivery risks early, resolving them before they impact leadership or reporting.
  • Partner with Finance leaders, Shared Services, Technology, Compliance, Finance Transformation, and Business collaborators.
  • Provide clear, executive-level communication on progress, risks, and outcomes.
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in finance operations, transformation, strategy, or program management.

  • Strong understanding of Finance Operations processes (P2P, O2C, Payroll, Shared Services).
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize complex portfolios and manage competing demands.
  • Executive-level communication and collaborator management skills.
  • Experience in large-scale transformation, automation, or operating model redesign is preferred.
  • Background in shared services, global operations, or matrixed organizations is a plus.
  • PMP, Agile, Lean, or similar certification a plus (but not required).
