About the Job

Serving as an experienced delivery leader on the Global Product Strategic Delivery Team, the Senior Program Manager is responsible for guiding complex, enterprise-scale initiatives across Aristocrat’s global product portfolio. This professional role drives cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, Compliance, and leadership teams to ensure strategic priorities are translated into clear plans, disciplined governance, measurable outcomes, and sustained business value.

As a trusted partner to senior leaders, this role provides structure in ambiguity, influences alignment across matrixed teams, and drives accountability for delivery commitments, risks, dependencies, decisions, and outcomes. The Senior Program Manager operates with a high degree of autonomy. They engage regularly with senior management. They help mature standards, tools, data analysis, and fulfillment practices across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs with enterprise visibility, business-critical outcomes, and multiple interconnected workstreams.

  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans, achievements, success measures, governance routines, and ownership models.

  • Drive program outcomes through partnership with business leaders to define success measures, connect delivery plans to measurable business objectives, track benefits realization, and ensure programs deliver intended business value.

  • Establish and maintain executive-level program artifacts, dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics that provide clarity and enable informed decision-making.

  • Proactively identify, assess, raise, and drive resolution of risks, issues, dependencies, decision points, and delivery constraints.

  • Facilitate governance forums, leadership reviews, and decision-making routines that promote timely resolution of critical issues, clear accountability, and disciplined execution.

  • Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority by clarifying scope, sequencing, commitments, trade-offs, and success measures.

  • Influence the continuous improvement of standards, delivery methodologies, tools, templates, and reporting practices while mentoring less experienced team members.

  • Own program outcomes by aligning delivery plans with quantifiable business objectives, customer impact, financial considerations, and executive-level success metrics.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Information Systems, Finance, Product, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

  • 10+ years of experience leading complex programs, critical initiatives, enterprise delivery efforts, or related cross-functional transformation work.

  • Proven success operating as a seasoned program leader across multiple functional areas, preferably in product, technology, gaming, digital, or similarly complex environments.

  • Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to frame complex issues, risks, decisions, dependencies, and trade-offs clearly for senior leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, build trust with collaborators, and gain alignment in sensitive, ambiguous, or fast-paced situations.

  • Strong knowledge of program management practices, governance models, risk and dependency management, performance reporting, and delivery methodologies.

  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and within environments involving regulatory, compliance, operational, or commercialization constraints.

  • Advanced proficiency with enterprise delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and Power BI.
