As Aristocrat continues to accelerate product innovation, launch new gaming content and cabinets, and manage increasingly complex product roadmaps, additional product management capacity is required to support execution. Current Product Managers are often balancing strategic roadmap ownership with tactical deliverables, creating capacity constraints that can impact speed to market, stakeholder responsiveness, and operational efficiency.

An Associate Product Manager will provide dedicated support for product planning, requirements gathering, backlog management, market analysis, and cross-functional coordination. This role will allow senior product leaders to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring day-to-day product activities are executed efficiently and consistently.

Designed as an early-career product management role, this position provides broad exposure to product launches, portfolio management, market deployment strategies, commercial execution, and operational excellence within Gaming Operations.

What You'll Do

  • Support the planning and execution of go-to-market activities for Gaming Operations product launches.

  • Assist in coordinating cross-functional launch readiness activities across Product Management, Studios, Gaming Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Market Planning, Customer Success, and Sales.

  • Track key launch achievements, dependencies, and deliverables to help ensure successful product commercialization and deployment.

  • Support launch readiness reviews by gathering information, maintaining documentation, and monitoring action items.

  • Assist with developing and maintaining launch plans, deployment schedules, product documentation, and communication materials.

  • Partner with product and operational teams to facilitate the transition of products from approval and readiness into market deployment.

  • Monitor product launch performance, customer adoption, and portfolio metrics, providing insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement.

  • Analyze customer, market, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks impacting product performance.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership and cross-functional team members.

  • Support the standardization and continuous improvement of launch processes, tools, governance, and reporting practices.

  • Maintain awareness of competitive products, industry trends, and market conditions to support product planning and commercialization efforts.

  • Assist Product Managers with portfolio planning, product lifecycle activities, and strategic initiatives as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 1+ years of experience in product management, project management, commercial operations, analytics, gaming, or a related business function.

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations.

  • Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and a desire to develop product management and commercialization expertise.

  • Gaming, technology, product launch, or commercialization experience is a plus.
