As the Senior Manager, Consumer Experience (Web), you will play an integral role in understanding, shaping, and implementing the consumer journey of our website strategy and consumer experience.

Lead and create a seamless experience across advertising channels and website for consumers seeking to engage with the brand. Collaborate within Commercial Team, cross-functional stakeholders, internal departments, and external partners to bring the consumer experience to life.

Candidates for this position must have robust capabilities in consumer journey mapping, consumer research, content development, and strong web design understanding, from both user experience perspectives and technical applications. Proficiency with paid media analysis, web traffic, and performance analytics will be critical to success and storytelling.

This role is part of a dynamic and enthusiastic Commercial Marketing organization, where teamwork, communication, and collaboration are critical to our collective success. We ensure company brand guidelines are met and uphold brand values in partnership with our Creative and Responsible Gaming teams to uphold responsible game play in the communities we serve.

What You'll Do

  • Utilize and conduct quantitative and qualitative research to understand consumer journeys, needs, and opportunities for assistance/information in mapping to create consumer-centric website and ongoing maintenance.

  • Create comprehensive journey maps/diagrams that visually illustrate the consumer journey, including touchpoints, interactions, stages, etc. in partnership with other stakeholders within the Player Marketing team, including Media, Insights, and Partnership Promotion.

  • Analyze data and feedback from various sources (surveys, research, analytics tools) to identify optimizations, efficiencies, trends, insights, opportunities, etc. Collaborate closely with cross-departmental teams, including Marketing, Responsible Gaming, Analytics, Consumer Strategy, Sales, Finance, and more.

  • Recommend and implement initiatives, processes, and technologies to optimize the consumer journey and improve overall player awareness of the brand.

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of consumer journey and marketing initiatives, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to consumer experience and incorporate relevant insights into consumer journey strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-7 years of experience in professional digital and website marketing, inclusive of consumer journey mapping

  • Gaming, or other regulated industry, experience and project management skills strongly preferred

  • Strong experience in working effectively in cross-functional teams and fostering relationships with immediate and cross-functional team members, senior leadership, and developers

  • Strong balance of strategic and pragmatic marketing skills and significant experience in integrated, consumer-facing campaigns

  • Strong experience in change management methodologies, principles, and applications

  • Experience in the use of marketing technology and implementations, business analytics, key performance indicators, and dashboards

  • Experience in launching consumer-facing websites, pull through of marketing campaigns, performance marketing management and measurement

  • Demonstrated competency in identification of business opportunities, markets, innovation needs

  • Familiarity with loyalty programs and/or CRM is a definite plus
