What You'll Do
Develop long term strategic commercial planning for all regulated North American regulated gaming segments and lead flawless execution to translate strategic plans into action.
Effectively partner with D&D, Commercial Team members, Sales and Supply Chain to develop new hardware, future product development roadmaps and growth strategies that impact both new product introduction and end-of-life commercial strategies.
Lead a team to drive game portfolio analysis around category segmentation, product life cycles, portfolio requirements, product performance and key metrics that will aide in driving portfolio strategies and planning.
Lead a team to develop market requirements, identify trends and opportunities, and assess the competitive environment to aide in the development of the North American game portfolio; monitor the competitive landscape and measure product performance to identify key areas of improvement.
Chart the course for advertising agency and consultant partners to develop operator marketing strategies, tactics, brand positioning and annual marketing plans.
Oversee all commercial planning and results for the regulated gaming portfolio.
Scale and build new business cases, including demand forecasting, pricing and modeling in partnership with Finance and Business Analytics and Insights.
Work closely with Aristocrat game design studios to develop product strategies and ensure regulated gaming commercial strategy meet the needs of the market, future game development and identify new commercial segments.
Effectively partner with sales, setting commercial strategy, customer engagement and leading content development for key events.
Manage MSP link profitability across all North American links.
Work with Business Analytics to develop a sustainable external product performance insights program, fleet optimization, long-term portfolio and product planning.
What We're Looking For
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Strategy, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of commercial experience, including at least 8 years in a senior leadership capacity.
Leadership experience across multiple functional areas within a global organization.
Excellent strategic thinking, strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
In-depth knowledge of the product management process, including market dynamics, customer segments, distribution channels, and revenue management principles.
Proficiency in analyzing data and market research to drive informed decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance; ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team in an effective manner.
Must have strong communication skills, able to work independently and be team oriented.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Preferred:
Casino industry, slot gaming experience.
Knowledge of the Gaming industry is a strong plus particularly slot product.
