The Director of Analytics will lead and drive our data science analytics initiatives, leveraging AI, clustering, and regression techniques to deliver high-impact, actionable insights. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of analytics to shape the future of our business. The Director will work cross-functionally to implement advanced analytics strategies, develop sophisticated models, and enhance the decision-making process through data-driven insights. What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of analysts to develop advanced analytical models and techniques.
  • Drive the development and implementation of AI, clustering, and regression models to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Translate complex analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Utilize data storytelling to effectively communicate findings and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
  • Develop and maintain analytics frameworks and tools to enhance the organization's analytical capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine analysis scopes and deliver impactful insights.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analytical outputs.
  • All other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • BA/BS or equivalent in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
  • Strong technical skills in database tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) with experience in analyzing large datasets.
  • 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience in an advanced analytics role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing AI, clustering, and regression models.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High integrity and exceptional work ethic, fostering mutual trust and respect within the team.
  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
