The Staff Licensing Specialist will assist the Licensing Manager and Licensing team in monitoring and maintaining the Gaming License (GL) process, procedures, and information for ATI and/or VGT (as applicable) staff in accordance with company policy and assist in a backup capacity regarding all facets of the ATI and/or VGT Licensing process as necessary.

What You'll Do

  • Organizes the collection of employee applications, and all appropriate documentation to secure employee licenses as required by regulators for all US and Canadian jurisdictions.
  • Interacts with employees to collect individual information of an extremely confidential and sensitive nature.
  • Review the application for completeness and follow up with the employee to obtain the necessary information.
  • Processes and timely files license applications (new and renewals) by deadlines as required by Gaming Regulators and/or project deadlines.
  • Works as liaison with Gaming Agencies on behalf of the staff.
  • Maintains organized files for all license filings and related documentation/information.
  • Provides budget information to the Manager for the department.
  • Notarize documents as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Must have experience in the Gaming Industry
  • 1+ years of experience in licensing regulations
  • Demonstrable skills in the Microsoft Office Suite; particularly: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, proficient in Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with Ardentsky would be a plus
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Must have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and be team-oriented.
  • Confidentiality and discretion are very important in this role.
  • Adept at planning and organizing.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Pay Range

$15.33 - $28.47 per hour

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
