Program Manager, Gaming Analytics
The Program Manager is a strategic thinker who is passionate about elevating Aristocrat’s analytics capabilities through valuable global analytics programs. This role’s primary focus will be formulating, organizing, and monitoring inter-connected projects within the gaming analytics department.
What You'll Do
Ensure projects are aligned with the strategic vision and the team remains on track to execute
Coordinate activities across multiple projects and teams and maintain a holistic view of all moving deliverables throughout the department
Ensure all projects are effectively planned in terms of requirements, priorities, and deliverables
Timely reporting and communication of status, risks, dependencies, and issues on major projects and initiatives
Build strong business relationships with Marketing, Commercial, and Sales teams within each region as necessary
Manage stakeholder expectations – identify and act on urgent activities/issues
Manage communication with stakeholders and keep them updated on program status and goals
Develop protocols for evaluating and improving new and existing programs
Use foresight and anticipation to bring authority to the team with influence from past experiences
What We're Looking For
PMP Certificate preferred, or minimum 3 years of project or program management experience
Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
Proven track record in managing projects with direct leadership and accountability of timelines and resources
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of the organization
Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Wrike) is a strong advantage

Travel Expectations

$102,623 - $190,586 per yearOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
