As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to build flawless Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs) and other shippable products. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a dynamic team, ensuring the highest quality standards and timely delivery. What You'll Do

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing activities, including refurbishment of field return EGMs, assembly, and testing of EGMs, sub-assembly builds, and component repair.

  • Ensure timely shipment of EGMs.

  • Maintain company and customer quality standards for all EGMs.

  • Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of Manufacturing employees; counsel and coordinate disciplinary procedures as necessary.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly manufacturing reports.

  • Lead process improvement activities for the manufacturing area.

  • Offer encouragement and assistance for the growth of manufacturing employees.

  • Support the preparation of annual budget requirements.

  • Receive assignments in the form of objectives with goals and processes to meet these goals.

  • Provide direction to employees according to established policies and management mentorship.

  • Coordinate company policies affecting subordinate employees.

  • Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors and functional peer groups to ensure cooperation and successful project completion.

What We're Looking For

  • High school education or equivalent experience is required.

  • 2+ years of electro-mechanical assembly & test experience preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership & supervisory role is preferred.

  • An Associate degree in a technical field or business management, or equivalent experience, is strongly preferred.

  • Advanced familiarity with electronic circuits and components, troubleshooting, and industry-standard practices.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

  • Knowledge of ESD practices, LEAN manufacturing, and 5S+ techniques.

  • Knowledge of ISO/Quality standards and audits.

  • Highly responsible and diligent with regulatory sensitivity.

  • Ability to work independently and provide recommendations to resolve issues.

  • Effective in training others and providing direct supervision to support personnel.

Pay Range

$63,548 - $118,019 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
