The VP, Global Customer & Product Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering customer-led marketing strategies across Aristocrat’s global portfolio. The role leads Customer Marketing, defining customer strategy, segmentation, and go-to-market execution across regulated land-based and online gaming businesses, and ensuring Marketing delivers integrated, high-impact programs aligned to business priorities.
The role also provides strategic leadership for Product Marketing, guiding positioning, launches, and GTM integration to ensure strong alignment between product value propositions, customer needs, and commercialization. Reporting to the SVP, Regulated Marketing, this leader plays a critical role in translating strategy into execution, driving measurable impact across demand generation, customer retention, and long-term brand equity globally.

What You'll DoLead and manage an integrated team of customer and product marketers, servicing our global business across land-based and online verticals. Champion the cross-functional marketing team to deliver strong results and effective collaboration (internally and externally).
Own the global customer marketing strategy and operating model, defining how Marketing understands, segments, prioritizes, and engages customers to deliver differentiated, high-impact programs aligned to business priorities.
Provide strategic leadership for Product Marketing, defining clear value propositions, differentiated positioning, and customer-relevant narratives across the product portfolio.
Coordinate the execution of B2B and B2C global marketing campaigns across multiple channels and verticals, ensuring brand consistency and impact. Drive lead generation and customer retention, partnering with the Performance team to generate player demand and long-term brand affinity and awareness.
Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with Product, Commercial Strategy, Sales, Regions, and external partners to ensure effective commercialization, GTM readiness, and coordinated product launches.
Serve as a senior Marketing partner to Commercial Strategy, Sales, and Product leaders, aligning customer segmentation, GTM strategies, and market priorities while ensuring Marketing delivers integrated execution.
Lead Sales Enablement from a marketing perspective, including the development of custom customer presentations, sales tools, and materials that clearly articulate value propositions and address specific customer needs.
Leverage customer insights, market trends, and performance data to inform marketing strategy, prioritization, and optimization decisions.
Provide strategic oversight of Product Marketing, ensuring clear value propositions, differentiated positioning, and consistent integration of product messaging across customer campaigns, sales enablement, and brand storytelling.
Coordinate and manage the annual global customer and product marketing budgets, ensuring principled investment, efficient prioritization, and ROI-focused optimization.
Strengthen and evolve Aristocrat’s global brand presence and reputation through customer-centric marketing programs delivered consistently and with quality.
Own and manage customer segments and priority customer programs to support pipeline development, retention, and long-term customer value.
Monitor and report on marketing effectiveness in partnership with Marketing Analytics, ensuring adherence to the marketing measurement framework and clear communication of outcomes to leadership.
Ensure all marketing activities adhere to responsible gaming standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies across jurisdictions.
Represent the company and Marketing function at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements as appropriate.
Develop executive-level presentations and board materials outlining global customer and product marketing priorities, initiatives, and results.
Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally within gaming, technology, or other complex, regulated, or multi-vertical environments.
15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including direct leadership of global teams and accountability for customer-facing marketing programs.
Demonstrated strength in Customer Marketing and Go-To-Market execution, with experience partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Commercial teams.
Product Marketing experience, including product positioning, launches, and value articulation across diverse customer segments.
Strong people leader with a track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing marketing teams.
Strategic and structured problem-solver with the ability to translate strategy into clear priorities and high-quality execution.
Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience using insights and performance measurement to advise decisions and optimize outcomes.
Excellent communication, collaborator management, and executive presence, with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with opposing priorities and high expectations.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
Global marketing experience across multiple regions and markets strongly preferred.
