Job Description
As part of the Minerals Australia East Coast Warehouse team and reporting to the Manager Warehousing East Coast, the Warehouse Superintendent will engage a team of Warehouse supervisors and operators to receive, dispatch, warehouse and deliver Goods / Materials in a fit for purpose state for our site based customers. You will work closely with the supply and operational teams to safely deliver a high class Warehousing service to site customers.
This role could be either residential in the Bowen Basin or FIFO from Brisbane.
This role will enable you to utilise your Leadership and management skills while gaining broad exposure across multiple operations. You will also influence the performance and culture of your team. You will have access to a supportive and results-oriented leadership team.
In this role, you will:
- Support and develop a diverse team of Warehouse personnel to enable safe, productive and efficient outcomes.
- Develop strong relationships with site stakeholders involved in or reliant on the Warehouse process.
- Collaborate with multiple functions to support warehouse activities to ensure efficient operation of multiple warehouses across sites.
- Monitor warehouse cost against budget and forecast any potential changes to spend.

- Have a proven track record of successful front-line leadership of large teams. The results you have achieved will demonstrate your ability to engage, lead change and influence others. Operational leadership experience is essential.
