About the Role
The Operational Performance Insights (OPI) team is a new global team within Technical. The role works in partnership with Asset leaders and sites to drive sustained embedment and maturity of the spatial compliance to plan process, systems and routines across Olympic Dam and Nickel West. Our aim is to enable improvement in spatial compliance and productivity across all planning and scheduling horizons, to achieve the asset spatial C2P and productivity goals.
We are seeking a mining professional for the role of Specialist Operational Performance Insights to report to the Superintendent C2P (Compliance to Plan) within Operational Performance Insights to support Olympic Dam and Nickel West.

About You
You will have worked in a professional mining environment and are familiar with various mining horizons and mining techniques. The succesful candidate will have a curious mind that seeks to understand ‘why’ and ask the appropriate questions to establish the root cause.
You will be able to establish credibility through your technical ability, listening to our users and excellent communication skills. You will be comfortable working in complex matrix work environments and be able to navigate stakeholders across two assets. An ability to constructively question ideas and results and build trusted relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders will be essential.
