What You Will Do in This Role:
The General Manager - RTDs will lead the commercial integration and overall performance of the Ready To Drink (RTD) business within the USA and Canada, including implementing optimal RTC strategies by market, setting guidance, growing the team and Brown-Forman’s capabilities, fostering a winning culture and managing relationships with our RTD partners. The General Manager is fully accountable for the P&L and ensuring that our structure, portfolio and people are aligned to deliver the SNS and GP goals. This leader will work in close partnership with regional leadership teams, brand leadership and other stakeholders. The role will be tasked additionally with supporting brand innovation, and ensuring challenging status quo in a this very dynamic and competitive category.
Functional Capabilities and Experiences:
The General Manager - RTDs will leverage a start up mentality that requires the following skills and capabilities:
Strategic Mindset: Working with key functional leaders across the division, develop and implement the strategic direction for the RTD business in USA & Canada.
Partnership: Collaborate with distributor and RTD partner leadership teams to implement an RTC that maximizes the long term growth potential for the RTD business in North America.

What You Will Experience:
Sets strategic direction for the USA&C, portfolio and cross-functional team of B-F employees, distributor partners and agency employees to align resources to deliver the SNS and OI performance.
Creates annual and long-term plans that build our future business, being fully accountable for the P&L across all markets, channels and accounts.
Identifies areas of risk and opportunity, developing and communicating plans to address each.
Manages the resource allocation and budget process in collaboration with key business partners.
Monitors and measures the performance of distributors, creating organizational focus against the B-F portfolio and supporting the B-F SEE planning and accountability process.
Collaborates with the B-F team on the development of the strategic direction of all programs delivered to the distributor and holds the distributor and our team accountable for results.
Negotiates and manages distributor investment and support.
What Exactly Are We Looking For?
Bachelor’s degree plus 10 or more years commercial leadership experience or equivalent education/experience, preferably in Bev/Al Industry
