Meaningful Work from Day One:
Leadership
Assumes leadership role in understanding, developing and implementing key customer initiatives across the entire B-F portfolio for all 5 boroughs.
Creates customer focused win-win initiatives that enhance B-F and customer profitability.
Establishes positive customer rapport at all levels in all assigned accounts.
Conducts business performance reviews in accordance with achieving customer plans.
Partners with B-F National/Regional distributor account team to ensure distributor execution of Independent and Chain programs.
Partners with Field Marketing Manager to drive commercial excellence in programming.
Drives development of on-premise brand building plans that are successfully executed in collaboration with the distributor/broker across all 5 boroughs.
Champions the on-premise effort to win at the point of purchase. Collaborates with State Manager and team leadership to ensure superior distributor execution of brand initiatives and platforms.
Connects with multiple external contacts including the distributor, retailers, consumers and agencies.
Serves as a field coach for agency partners.
Planning & Analysis
Manages budget responsibilities.
Collaborates across the on-premise team to coordinate appropriate dialogue on local market feedback for specific brand plans – agree on objectives and priorities.
Analyzes data, including depletion reports, and converts insights into actions.
Communicates plan adjustments as needed based on performance and success in the market.
Distributor & Agency Management
Serves as a primary on-premise contact for internal and external partners, including State and General Manager and distributor contacts.
Develops and/or ensures proper activation of all programs for the on-premiseLeads development and oversees execution for on-premise pull programming and all branded initiatives.Implements and executes the B-F business plan with on-premise distributor team and ensure appropriate accountability for results.Manages third party promotion agencies for on-premise. Ensures agency team is aligned against B-F business and brand plans.Serves as the primary point of contact with key on-premise account groups, covering the entire B-F portfolio of brands across all 5 boroughs.
