Meaningful Work From Day One:
This position has primary responsibility for management of Order to Cash business systems and process improvement in the disciplines of Supply Chain. Manages the SAP OTC team, consisting of business analysts and works across the IT SAP team to provide business solutions. This role serves as the liaison between IT and the user community to provide support primarily for the SAP SD and related modules (e.g. Logistics Execution, APO, MM/Purchasing, EDI, and integrations to FI/COPA) and functions, and work closely with cross-functional team members to resolve business process issues.
What You Can Expect:
SAP OTC team management; process analysis; systems design, documentation, configuration, testing, and training; applications support.
Supervise the day-to-day activities of OTC business analysts and external consultants working on large initiatives, in the SAP global production environment.
Work with the Project Office to allocate resources to projects appropriately.
Act as a SAP solution architect accountable for the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA capabilities supporting the Order to Cash workstream; order management, pricing, delivery processing, billing, and customer order related reporting.
Leverage leading-practice business process knowledge and proficiency for Order to Cash.
Research, analyze, design, identify and facilitate process improvements. Make solution recommendations to business units. Implement new functionality and improvements for business processes utilizing integrated system technologies (e.g. SAP, Coupa, Salesforce, OneSource, EDI) where appropriate.
Maintain the library of test scenarios for SAP OTC, ensuring tests are updated and executed within reason to ensure critical business processes are not disrupted by landscape changes.
Ensure Brown-Forman configuration standards are well-defined and clearly linked to business processes. Ensure deviations to standard configuration are made only when no alternatives exist and that their rationale is well-articulated and follows appropriate approval paths.
Serve as the final sign-off for all significant SAP changes moving into the production landscape.
Extremely flexible and open to collaboration and to adopting new ideas to resolve complex business problems.
Project management, process analysis, systems design, documentation, applications support, configuration, and training.
Simultaneously lead, manage and/or participate in enterprise-wide projects/assignments with high degree of complexity and change management components.
Assess needs and make solution recommendations, be responsible for all business application architecture, and implement new functionality and improvements for business processes utilizing integrated system technologies, where appropriate.
We Are Looking For People Who:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field.
10 or more years of relevant work experience in IT applications, and expert understanding of the core functions of OTC processes.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a team leader or supervisor
Proven ability to quickly learn existing Business Processes and combine knowledge from multiple disciplines (e.g. SAP capability, Standard industry best practice) in order to produce an optimal business solution.
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and implement multiple enterprise-wide level projects with high degree of complexity.
